• DCode gather a very extensive content about ciphers with integrated tools to cipher/decipher data. You shouldn't use it for confidentiality purposes, but it's really useful for CTF before developing your own tools.

• Hacking Articles This website contains many tutorials and explanations about penetration testing. It also contains useful data for progressing in CTF.
